Application Review
Every application is read by a human — no automated ATS scoring. You will hear back within five business days with specific, honest feedback.
Introductory Call
A 30-minute video call with your future hiring manager. No trick questions — we want to understand your experience, your goals, and answer your questions honestly.
Technical / Skills Round
A focused take-home or live exercise scoped to under three hours. We pay candidates for their time on assessments that exceed 90 minutes.
Final Interview & Offer
A 90-minute loop with three team members across different functions. We aim to make decisions within 48 hours and extend offers with full transparency on comp and equity.
